History

Stark Enterprises was founded in 1978 by Robert L Stark when he purchased a commercial property, a single story retail location in Mayfield Heights, Ohio, while completing his J.D. at Case Western Reserve University. From this first investment, Mr. Stark laid the groundwork for what would become Stark Enterprises, which has since led to the acquisition and development of some of the most high profile real estate locations in Northeast Ohio.

To date, Stark Enterprises has developed over 25 commercial properties. As the business matured, a new strategic vision evolved which focuses development on the Community Core – the employment of mixed-use density, intricate placemaking and compelling architectural design in the creation of unique pedestrian-focused suburban communities.
